We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

• With your co-parent: Messages, calendar events, and expense records you create are visible to the co-parent you are connected with on the platform. This is the core function of the service.

• For legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ParentCoord, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer: If Invest Park City, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

ParentCoord is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@parentcoord.com and we will promptly delete it.

ParentCoord may contain information about children as part of co-parenting records (such as custody schedules). This information is provided by adult users and is protected under the same security standards as all user data.
